Half-pound raisins, Gozs. suet, Jib, flour, pinch of salt, milk to mix, \ teaspoonful baking powder. Grease a pudding basin, stono tho raisins and cut them across; shred and chop tho Buet. Mis the flour, baking powder, raisins, suet, and 6alt together in a basin; add tho milk and mix very stiffly. Pnt into tho basin and boil four hours. Turn out and servo with sweet melted butter. FOE TO-MORROW. Breast of veal. Parsley. Bacon for boiling. Turnips. Ground rice. Fruit for stewing. FOR SUNDAY. Stock. Hindqunrter of lamb. Mint. Green Peas. Stale bread. Fruit. Pastry. FOB SUPPEB. Ono chicken. Ham. Puff pastry. Salad. Lemon sponge cake. Fruit for fruit salad.
