ROYAL COMMISSION.
ON THE TOTALISATOR. By Telesrapli— Pr«B« Associatlon-OkiDyriehl Sydney, December 7. In the Legislative Assembly, Mr. M'Gowen, Premier, announced that the Government had decided to turn the Totalisaior Select Committee into a Royal Commission, which would tour tlio Commonwealth and New Zealand and oollect the fullest and latest information regarding the-working of the machine, etc.
