The "Daily Telegraph," after referring to the great interest being taken locally and abroad in the New Zealand liquor poll, and (he possibility of 'matiy who would willingly vote No-License baulking the no-liquor proposal, adds: "Still, tho prohibitionist sentiment is so strong in that progressive Dominion that a prudent prophet will keep liis prediction till the numbers are up. If absolute prohibition is to bo tried, Australian opinion will be cheerfully favourable to tho experiment being made in Now Zealand."
