NAYAL DISCIPLINE ACTAND THE OVERSEAS DOMINIONS. By Teleeraph—Press Association— Conyrisht (Rec. December 7, 0.15 a.m.) London, December G. Unionist Peers intend to reject tho Naval Prize Bill when it comos up for its second reading.
Tho Copyright Bill was read a third time in tho House of Lords.
To the Coal Mines Bill, on its third reading in tho Houso of Commons, a clause was added disallowing any pit-brow boy, girl, or woman to lift or carry anything so heavy as was likely io cause injury. A clause, introduced by tho Grand Committee, prohibiting employment of women and girls at the pit-brow, was omitted.
(Rec. December 7, 1.10 a.m.) London, December 6. In tho Houso of Commons, Mr. T. J. MacNainara, Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty, has introduced a Bill declaring tho effect of tho Naval Discipline Act when applied by tho Legislatures of self-governing Dominions to forces raised by the latter.
