Percy Holland Easton is suing William Edward Wood, jeweller, of Brook Street, Hanover Square, for damages for alleged' malicious prosecution last year in connection with the case in which "La Milo" (a music hall artist) and her husband (ierdinand Eggena) wero charged with defrauding Wood of jewellery valued at a considerable sum.
