The "Daily Chronicle" (Liberal) protesta against the Government allowing the House of Lords only ten days in which to deal with the National Insurance, Naval Pmo, Mines, and Finance Bills, whereas under the Parliament Act power to over-rido tho Peers' veto is operative in the case of Bills sent to the House of Lords at least a month before the,end of the session.
