SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications aro for mild and hajy weather, increasing cloudiness, and rain following in most parts of the country. Increasing northerly winds aro probable generally, with a falling barometer everywhere. The winds have backed by Trest and decreased ill force generally.
