AFRICAN BOUNDARIES.
RECTIFICATION DISCUSSED, By Telewirh—Press Aewwition-CopyriEht London, December 1. : An article, published by the "Morning Post" (Unionist) says tho announcement that tho Foreign Oflico is discussing the question of ratification of boundaries in Africa with Franco suggests tho desirability of including the Pacific in the scopo of friendly rearrangements. "Britain," adds tho "Post," "is risking the chance of being placed in an awkward position in connection with tho New Hebrides, by sonic action on tho part of the Commonwealth, which would lack tho tolerance necessary for negotiations with foreign Powers." The article suggests a conference upon tho Pacific with France, at which Australia and New Zealand would bo represented. ,
