SIR E. GREY'S VIEWS. By Toletriph-Preu Anooiation-Copyrieht London, December 1. Sir Edward Grey, Secretary of Stato for Foreign Affairs, has written to Lady Constance Lytton, suggesting that there aro better prospects of enfranchising six million women by an amendment to the Government Franchise Bill, which will be moved by a Cabinet Ministor, than enfranchising a million under tho Conciliation Bill. But, ho adds, while disorders similar to thoso which took place on tho 21st instant, and at tho City Temple continue it would be a wasto of time for him to actively support tho women's cause.
