He stated that at a point about 200 yards on tho Johusonvillo side of tho municipal abattoir yards a buggy was standing bv (he roadside minus a wheel, whilo at tho bottom of the road embankment, at this point about twenty feet high, a motorcar was.lying, right side up, but also minus a wheel. Apparently the car nnd buggy had collided, with the result that the impact of tho collision had driven the ear over tho bank. No mora definite particulars wero obtainable last night,
