THE CANADIAN SHARE. ' By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrlehl Ottawa, November 30. Tho Conservation Commission reports that the Canadian share of Niagara's water-power totals one million and sixteen thousand horse-power. Half this is already in the hands of private owners.
Recommendations havo been framed by tho Commission with tho object of preventing private absorption of the remaining Dominion watei;-power.
