Eight ounces Hour, 6oz. raisins (stoned and chopped), b'oz. currants, im. suet (chopped), ioz. yellow sugar, 4oz. cooked carrots loz. cooked potato (mashed), 1 fciblespoonful goldo.i syrup, 2oz. csintlieil peel (cut up), pinch of salt, sweet melted butter sauce. . . „ , Tut the suet, Hour, raisins, currants, sugar, salt, and candied pee into ft basin umi mix them together. Add the potatoes, carrot.,:, and golden syrup, and heat all to-cther with the hand. Put the mixture into a greased pudding; basin and He a pudding cloth over tho top. Put the pudding into boiling water, and bo. live hours. Turn out and serve sweet melted butter with it. FOR TO-MORROW. Leg of mutton, lied currant jelly. Cattlilloiver. Pastry. Jam. FOP. SUNDAY. Hindqtiarter of lamb. .Mint Green peas. Fruit for stewing. Cream. FOB SLTPER. Ox tongue. Salad. One tin apricots. Gelatine. Gooseberries.
