MOTOR TOURIST BUREAU.

The holidays are drawing near now, and many motorists and cyclists are already planning Christmas trips. A number find a difficulty in obtaining information as to the suitability of various roads for motoring and cycling, particularly as regards river crossings, grades, distances, and accommodation, and the time which it is advisable to set apart for visiting places of interest. It seems not to be generally known that the New Zealand Motor Cycle Club has instituted a touring bureau, by means of which almost any data required by the motorist or cyclist will bo available. The club has access to records of tours which embrace the whole of New Zealand, and are always being added to. Those requiring the assistance of the bureau should communicate with the secretary (Mr. F. .1. Macdonald) at the clnbroom, No. 7 Baulcott Chambers, Bbidcott Street.
