During November rain fell here on 26 out of the' 30 days, and the total fall was 7.51 in. In November of last year there were only !) wet; days, and the total was 1.12 in. for' the three wintei months Tho figures were:—May, 17 days, 1.95 i».; June, 15 days,. 2.25 in.; July, 15 days,_ 2,97 in. November's rainfall is the heaviest recorded hero for many years.
