JAPANESE BUDGET.
NO INCREASE IN TAXATION. By Teleeraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rcc. December 1, 0.20 a.m.) Tokio, November 30. The Japanese Budget shows rovenue live hundred and fifty-four million yen (•£55,400,000), and the expenditure 'five hundred and scvonty-ouo million yen (.657,100,000). Tho excess of expenditure is covered by the last surplus. There is no increase in taxation or in borrowing. Tho press appland tho dropping of the Navy Bill. They describe it as a victory of common sense over militarism.
