He was convicted and ordered to appear for sentence when called upon. James llenwood pleaded not puilty to a charge of having stolen two railway towels, worth 5?. He was convicted and discharged. BKEAKIXG AND EXTERING. Alfred Arthur Henderson pleaded gimty to a charge of having broken aud entered the dwelling of AVilliam Alexander -\ichol-on, at K-iraka Buy, ou October 10. and .stolen therefrom a razor, a pistol, and a microscope, of the total value of .£1 10>., and the sum of £1 10s., belonging to Frederick Tarr. Ho was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
