IB? Telecraoh— Press Association.) Wanganui, November 28. A man was arrested to-night for drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Two constables had a hard struggle with him. and, on arrival at the station the man was found to have • broken a leg above the ankle. Ho was taken to the hospital.
