SUMMARY AND FORECAST, Present indications arc for a, slight rise in the barometer, preceding a further fall, and moderate to strong weetcrly winds, backing to northerly, shortly. Cloudy and unsettled weather, with showers probable at times, in most parts of the country, and increasing haze generally. • Ifild and-changeable weather has Derailed, with showere on the Weit Coast and southern district*.
