THE STRIKE AND THE DIVIDEND. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright Melbourne, November 25. At the half-yearly -meeting of the shareholders of the Mount Lycll mine, the chairman regretted that owing to the strike the directors wcro unable to declare a dividend. Tho shareholders adopted a motion thanking tho directors for tho judgment they had shown in connection wtili the strike.
