Tho" Committee of Memorial of King Edward unanimously approved Mr. Bertram Mackcnnal's design for a statuo in Piccadilly, at tho end of tho Broad 'Walk. Mr. Mackennal, with Lutziusas, tho architect, submits a complete model in three months.
