TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominiom.) SATURDAY. Yea! Cutlets ami Bncou. Potatoes. Spinach. Chocolate Junquet with Cream. SUNDAY. Julienne Soup. Roast Lamb. Mint Sauce. New Potatoes. Asparagus. Apricot Soulflee. Rhubarb Jelly. SUPPER. Cold Lamb. Tongue Mould. Salad. Orange Custard. Pineapple Jelly. CHOCOLATE JUNQUET WITH CREAM. Two ounces grated chocolate, quarterpint whipped cream and sweetened cream, one pint milk, one teaspoonful essence of rennet. Dissolve the chocolate in a quarter of a pint of milk, then add the remainder of the milk, and beat until the milk is warm, but not hot. Add tho essence of rennet, and pour the junquet into a glass dish. Stand in a. cool place for about half an hour until the juuquet is set. Just before serving pile the cream on top.
