In tho House of Commons, Major An-struthor-Grey (Unionist) asked Mr. Lewis Harcourt, Secretary of State for tho Colonies, what steps he was talcing concerning the kidnapping of natives ami tho illicit supply of arms and liquor in tho Now Hebrides. Mr. Harcourt replied that tho High Commissioner had visited tho New Hebrides, and ho hoped to receivo a full report in the courso of a few weeks.
