INQUIRY IN SYDNEY. By Tclerriph—Projs Association—Copyright Sydney, November 24. Giving evidence before tho Rent Commission, three city business men stated that their rents had increased by 300 per cent, during tho past year. An estato agent declared that tho rents of dwellings had increased 80 per cent. He anticipated n further 10 per cent, increase in tho near future.
