WOMEN'S SUFFRAGE.
ISjr T-Suraph—Press Association-Coorrieht London, November 23. Mr. D. Lloyd-George, Chancellor of the Exchctjuor, in a message to the National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies, said that he predicted amendments to the Adult Franchise Bill (to be introduced shortly) in tho direction of women's suffrage, that is, if the matter Svas wisely handled.
