TO ERADICATE RACIALISM. By Tolesrarb—l'ress Association—OoorrielH Cape Town, November 22. A Nationalist Congress was hold at Bloomfontein, Orange Free State. The Union Prime Minister, General Botha, presided. It was decided to form a strong South African party, to consolidate the white races, eradicato racialism, and mako South Africa a white man's country. Mr. T. W. Sm.'irit (Progressive), addressing a meeting of Unionists at Durban, said General Botha's new organisation was only the Bond tho net Volk, and the Orangia Unie, under a new name. Forces were at work in tho Cabinet which wero driving General Botha in a direction not in tho country's interests.
