The engineer stated that 45 applications had been received for a supply not' water, au<l 30 connections had already •. been made: The supply of water -yrould bo limited until tho arrival of itim 12-inch reilux -valve. ■ During Decembbh the completion, of ..the Broadway and tho conbtruction of the Miramar Airor.uc tramway \Vould bo put in hand.' Since the beginning of September 13 building permits have been issued, the estinfat'ed cost' of the buildings being !l>his: includes the Wellington Gas CoinpaHyj?-: building GC6860). .
