NOTICE OF LICENSING POLL \ND NATIONAL I'ROH IBITION POLL AND OF TIME AND PLACE FOR SELECTION OF FIT PERSONS TO APPOINT SCRUTINEERS THEREFOR. IX Pursuance of the Licensing Act. 1908, and the amendments thereto, I JOSEPH .WILLIAM SALMON, Returning Officer for the Wellington Suburbs and Country District Licensing District, do hereby give notice that on the 7th day of DECEMBER, 1911, tho day appointed for taking the Electoral Poll for the Electoral District of Wellington Suburbs and Country District, simultaneously therewith a LICENSING POLL will bo taken upon the following proposals:— I Vote for Local Restoration. I Vote for Local No-License. And concurrently with the taking of the said Licensing Poll there will bo submitted for tho determination of the electors of tho said Licensing District the question whether National Prohibition shall como into force throughout Now Zealand. Tho question will bo submitted in tho following form:— I Vote Against National Prohibition. I Vote for National Prohibition.
