MB. M'CALLUM AT BLENHEIM, (lir Telesrauli.—Press Association.) Blenheim, November 21. Mr. M'Callum, the Government candidate for Yv'airau, delivered the principal address of his campaign at Blenheim last night. He had a splendid reception, there being a crowded audience. , . . , Mr. M'Callum said he was a straightout supporter of the AVard Administration, though ho did not belong to the Government brand. Tho main plank of his programmo was a graduated system of taxation, with geometrical progression, to "ct at the surplus wealth. Ho insisted thai Mr. Duncan was not nn Indcycndent Liberal, but a straight-out Oppositionist. Mr. M'Callum received a voto of thanks and conlideuce.
