PROBABLY THE LAST CHANCE. Contrary to expectation, tho writs for the general election did not issue yester-, day, so. that electors, who have not yet' enrolled are given one day more in which to do so. Parliament was dissolved yesterday by his JSKcellency the Governor, its life being thus shortened by one day for its term would have expired, by effluxion of time, to-diiv. Probably the writs will be issued to-day. In that event enrolment forms will bo received by tho registrars up till G p.m. Applications for absent voters' permits will be received, by telegram or otherwise, up to tho same hour.
