This will be tantamount to a tax on householders of 2Gs. yearly for each servant. A league is being formed having for its object tho defeat of tho objectionable clauses. The league will comprise women of all political parties. A MEETING TO PROTEST. (Rcc. November 20, 9.10 p.m.) London, November 20. The Countesses of Desart and Brassey have convened a women's meeting at the Albert Ilall to protest against tho domestic servants' clauses in the Insurance Bill. Promises of influential support have been received from all parts of the counlrv.
