VICTORIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright Melbourne, November 20. In the lawn tennis championships, the grand totals were:—Victoria, 11 rubbers, 25 sets, and 24" games; New South Wales, 10 rubbers, 23 sets, and 257 games. Brooks and Addison wrro in remarkably good form, winning everything they competed in. AMERICAN TENNIS TEAM. Sydney, November 2ft. The New South Wales Tennis Association has decided to invito tho American Davis Cup team to visit Australia. It will defray their expenses and allow them a substantial proportion of tho "gale." Tho association will give the visitors the choice of the form of contests.
