Atkinson, who was ejected from the show grounds for distributing anti-military literature, General Godlcv explains his connection with the affair." He says: "It is true I objected to the dissemination of anti-militarist literature concurrently with tho military competitions, and pointed out tho incongruity and illogicality; of the two things taking place side by side, but I left the matter entirely in tho hands of the committee. My connection with it ended there." _ . In connection with tho expulsion of anti-militarists from tho Agricultural Show Grounds, it is reported that the Pcaco Council is taking action against the A. and P. Association for a broach of contract,
