(Specially written for Tub Dominion.) TUESDAY. Colonial goose. Potatoes. Stowed brown onions. Apple and sultana roly-poly pudding. APPLE AXD SI'LTANA ROLY-POLY PUDDING. Half-pound suet crust, throe large apples, 3oz. sultanas, 2oz. Demerara sugar. Peel, core, and slice the apples, luill out Iho suet paste to an oblong shape about-one-third of an inch thick: spicatl the apples over the surface ot the paste, and sprinkle the sijgar and sultanas owl them; damp the edges with water and roll up; tie the roll rather loosely in a dry cloth, and boil two hours, .turn out the pudding on to a hot dish and scue at once. von To-Moniiow. 21b. mutton cutlets.
