TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for Thi Dominion.) MONDAY. Kromeskies of Veal. Potatoes. Cabbage. Golden Pudding. GOLDEN PUDDING. Four ounces 'lour, 3oz. castor sugar, pinch of salt, teaspoonfnl baking powdcr, loz. suet, ioz. breadcrumbs, loz. golden syrup, 1 egg, 1. gill milk, sauce. Chop the suet, sift the Hour, baking powder and salt into a basin. Add the suet, breadcrumbs and sugar, and mix thoroughly together. Beat up the egg, add the golden syrup and milk, and Stir them Id tho other ingredients. Tour into a greased pudding basin, cover with n greased paper, and steam 21 hours. Turn out aucl serve with sweet incited butter. FOR TO-MORROW. Log of mutton, veal, forcemeat, suet; apples, sultanas.
