Herr Bernstein, a Socialist writer, states that Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald (Labour M.P.) informed him that Great Britain had sent Germany a friendly communication regarding Morocco which had not been answered for a fortnight. Britain repeated her inquiry, and according to Mr. Mac Donald the Gorman answer was an insult. Thereupon followed Mr. LloydGeorgo's 6peecli.
