The sixty-fourth anniversary of the Sydney Street Primitive Methodist Church was celebrated yesterday, when special services were held. In the morning, the Rev. Josiah Hard delivered an appropriate sermon, and, in (he courso of his remark*, refnn-ed fo his early connection with tho Sydney. Street Church ot fi r | v years ago. At tho evening service, the Rev. I*. <f. Cossuni delivered ,1 stirring discourse to a large congregation. Uurin'j flit' services, the choir rendered the anthems. "The Lord is My Shepherd" and "Praise To the Mighty God," whilst Mr. W. A. Manning sang a solo. The celebrations will be continued 011 Wednesday evening, when a concert will bp held, at which tho Brooklyn Oloe Club svtli undor the programmo.
