DISTRICT REPORTS. • (Prom Our Special Correspondents.) Feilding, November 19.—0n Saturday there were heavy showers in the morning. The wind rose, and was very boisterouin the day and at night. Sunday was a bright day, but a very high wind is blowing. It is a clear nieht to-night. Carterton. November' 18.—Windy, but fine weather still prevails here. Oreytown, November 18—Tho weather is still windy, but the wind is not so strong as it has been. It is still north-westerly. Featherston, November 18.—Fine; northwest wind.
