Tho Grand Committee concluded its doliberations on tho unemployment clauses o£ the Bill, in consequence of Mr. LloydGeorge's unsatisfactory repty to tho suggested amendmont of tho Bill. Tho Royal Coll ego of Surgeons has decided not to assist the insurance scheme.
