FRENCH IN MOROCCO.
AN AEMT OF OCCUPATION. By Telecraph-PreßS AssociaUon-OoDrrieht Paris, November 16. The French Government proposes to keep an army of occupation in Morocco similar to that at Tunis, with headquarters at Mequinez, 30 miles west by south of Pez. Britain and Russia have accented tho Franco-German agreement regarding Morocco.
