EXCHANGE OP TERRITORY. Dj TolegTaptt-Frera Aesoo'itlon—Ooprrlelit Vienna, November 16. The newspaper "Neues Wiener Tagebl&tt" states that an Anglo-French Agreement ia about to be concluded. Franco will cedo the Indian towns of Mahe, Pondichery, Yanaon, and Karikal in exchange for hinterland at Bathurst, tlie capital of the British settlement on the Gambia, West Africa. Tho two countries, the paper adds, have also settled tho Muscat (Arabia) and Newfoundland questions. THE REPORT DENIED. (Rec. November 18, 0.10 a.m.) Paris, November 17. The report of the Anglo-French exchange of territory in India is denied.
