CIVIL LOED'S VIEWS. ByTelccra.ph-PrcssA=mciatiMi-Copyrlsli! London, November 15. Mr. George- Lambert, M.P., Civil Lord of the Admiralty, speaking at Diss, Norfolk, remarked that it was tho duty of whatever party was in power to maintain an adequate navy for the protection of the nation's commercial interests.
