ITS REPEAL STRONGLY URGED. By TeleeraDh-Press Association-Copyright (Ree. November 15, 11 p.m.) London, November 15. Lord Claud Hamilton, in a letter to tho press, urges the repeal of tho Trades Disputes Act, as tho unions no longer confine their activities to their own particular industries, but were endeavouring to oreato a federation, which under the prcsont law would paralyse trade communications and the fond supplies, thus threatening tho nation's existence. Lord Claud Hamilton has accepted tho presidency of the newly-for,rned Trades Dispute Act Reform League.
