The engineer advised that the connecting up'of the Percy Estate with the Eastern drainago system would overtax the pumping plant, already fully taxed. The trotting track in tho. Recreation Ground ha.d been examined, and found to bo 20 per cent, belter than its condition of last.yea.T. Further top-dressing, at a cost of ,£ll, was recommended. The report was adopted.
