' . WELLINGTON CLUB'S DOINGS. On' Saturday afternoon tho Wellington Rowing Club's Wareham Fours were rowed. Tho state of the water interfered a good deal with accurate oarsmanship. Wareham Fours. In the first heat E. Cairns (stroke), T. Jenkins, T. Fagarly. and C. Johnston defeated W. Hinchcliffe (stroke), W. Hoare, H. Shaw, and D. Dallock easily. SoOond heat: H. M'Kinloy (stroke), G. Majiners, E, BOwley. and J. Aislier defeated.B. Shaw, C. J. Symonds, A. Donaldson, and D.,Henderson by about three lengths. R. Shilling, G. Johnson, C. Murriy, and W. Long defeated S. Standeft, J. Hoare, F. Laoiy, and E. Shaw by a length. This, race was well contested.'. , In the semi-final, H. M'Kinley defeated S. Shilling by two lengths. Tho final between H. M'Kinley and E. Caihis proved a very good • race, and Cairns just scrambled home by a. length. Club Fours. On, Friday night last the fourth heat foi;. the club fours was rowed, E. Cairns (stroke), W. Hoare, A. Donaldson, and C. Jo'tfiston defeated C. J. Symonds (strike), S. Howe, P. - O'Donovan, and T. Fagiirty' by about two lengths. Regatta Crews. The following regatta crows have been selected Junior Fours.—H. M'Kinley, S. Standen, S; Shilling, D. Dnlf. Youths' Fours.—T. Jonkins, E, Cairns, E.'M'Gill, A. J. Symonds. Senior Double Sculls.—S. Standen, H. M'Kinley. Maidou Fours.—Tho crew will be finally selected from tho following five members: G. Manners, W. Hinchcliffe, • J. Hoare, T. Fagarty, and B. Shaw.
