THE WEATHER.
SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications arc for rain in all parts of tho country and strong westerly winds generally. The barometer is very unsteady and with a falling tendency. A prolonged westerly disturbance, wliich has prevailed during the past fortnight, has accounted for very unsettled and stormy weather in most parts of the Dominion, and especially in districts with a westerly aspect. The barometer continues very low in tho south. D. 0. BATES,' Meteorological Office, Wellington, November 13, 1911.
