WOOD PULP FOR AMERICA.
FREE ADMISSION CLAIMED. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright Washington, November 10. Norway, Sweden, and Germany are claiming the right of free admission into the United Stales of wood pulp for printing paper under the terms of the clauso in tho United States-Canadian Reciprocity Act passed by Congress. Tho European nations are invoking the most-favoured nation clauses. Tho wood pulp clauso does not depend on tho resf of the Reciprocity Treaty, but President Taft has declared that the latter clause is in force following tho passage of the Reciprocity Act.
