MR. WILFORD AND "THE DOMINION." Tlio hydro-electrical proposals of tlu, Government were dealt witli at some length by Mr. T. M. Wilfurd, M.l\, in the course of his political address at l'elono last evening. Referring to an article which appeared in Tun' Dominion yesterday morning, Mr. Wilford remarked that Tub Dominion- expert had come lo the conclusion stated in the article in twenty-four hours. Tho experts by whom ho had been guided had spent lour months in arriving at their conclusions, lie hoped that Tin: Dominion would trot their export out. He would like to soo him. (Applause.)
