By Telegraph—Press Assocfation—Copyright (Rec. November 10, 1.5 a.m.) Sydney, November 9. In the Legislative Assembly the Budget debate was resumed. Mr. Wade, Leader of the Opposition, gave notico of motion to rescind tho resolution suspending Mr. Wood. Tho latter states that ho is naturally anxious to resume his Parliamentary duties, but strongly objects to pleading guilty to an offence that ho had not committed.
