« .— ELECTOEA.TE SEEKS A CHANGE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Levin, November 7 The Representation Commissioners are to be approached by the Levin Chamber of Commerce, with a request to have the name of the Otaki electorate altered to something which will bo better descriptive of tho district. It is pointed out that Otaki .was at present an,unimportant part of the whole, though it had been once the only town in the district. The chamber suggests calling the electorate Horowhenua, after the county in which four-fifths of tlie constituency is situated, and suggests the transference of headquarters to Levin, which is now the principal town, and the most central!y-situated one in the electorate.
