TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Tue Dominion.) THURSDAY. Corned hoof. Suet dumplings. Carrots. Turnips. Potatoes. Plain lonion pudding. PLAIN LEMON PUDDING. Eight ounces (lour, Gozs. breadcrumbs, ■iozs. castor sugar, kws. suet (chopped), 2 large or 3 small lemons (rind grated, juice FtrainecH, i pint water, 1 tonspoonful baking powder, 1 teaspoenful salt, lemon sauce. Sift .the flour, baking powder, and salt into n basin, add the breadcrumbs and chopped suet, mid mix thorn together. Pour in the lemon juice, grated rind, and water, and stir them with Iho dry ingredients. Put the mixture in a greased basin, cover with greased paper, and steam threo hours. Turn out and serve with leinon sauce.
